New Friends and Snickerdoodles

We had a new visitor on the beach that we just had to go investigate and take pictures of. It is a small penguin, what variety I have no idea but it was a penguin!

Janice doing her best to make a new friend, but it was not interested! It just sat there and blinked its eyes and tried to ignore us!

The Taylor's serving in Castillos had family from Argentina and the USA come visit them for about a week. They came to La Paloma to see the sights and our new friend the penguin!

Elder Michael Morrison decided he wanted to make snickerdoodles. He doubled the recipe and it made a bunch of them. He took enough to share with the Zone. He made a lot of missionaries happy! Elder Bravo is providing support and patiently waiting for a cookie!

  1. How cool to see a penguin up that close! Hallie loved the picture and knew exactly what it was. Those cookies look delicious, I bet Dan was happy to have a snickerdoodle!
